> Juan has maintained the common area around the condos at Kingtree Park Townhomes in Lancaster, CA for over 10 years now. He maintains the sprinkler system, mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, hedge trimming and minor tree pruning. When the new landscape was installed six years ago, he did all the tree, shrub, and flower planting. The area always looks beautiful and I just realized today that I have never once let anyone know what a good job he does.In the past, I served as President on the HOA and worked closely with Juan. I am no longer on the HOA Board because I sold my condo and moved out-of-state but have confirmed that Juan and his crew are still outside working every week. He always arrives when he says he will and his prices are fair. He is dependable, hard-working, and fair. I would definitely recommend him to a home owner, property management company or home owner's association.
