I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them ZERO stars!!I placed the initial call for roadside assistance to my insurance company at 11:08 this morning. The tow truck didn't arrive until 2:45 this afternoon, and that was after multiple phone calls to my insurance company, the tow truck company, and the tow truck driver, who could barely speak English and couldn't follow simple directions. The female representative who answered the phone at the office was exceedingly rude and LIED to my insurance company and to me multiple times. Driver was towing a far distance and drove over 10+mph over the speed limit with my 4 year old in the front cab. When politely asked to slow down, the driver got upset and said if we didn't trust him then we can just get another tow company. He threatened to pull over and drop us off on the 15 South mid mountains. He also texted while driving and kept looking at his phone. We waited over 30 mins longer than was originally quoted. I am giving 1 star because we got home fine and he helped get the car parked fine. When I called the office to file a complaint re the driver's behavior, the woman justified the driver's behavior and hung up on me.
