In reference to this last comment there was a complete misunderstanding of a tow destination between two people giving two different tow destinations. After the wrong tow destination incident talking with the wife, laughing at times, we rectified the situation. I thought I gave them the wrong address when they actually delivered my vehicle to the wrong location. He rudely told me he will fix it and hung up on me. I apologized for any attitude given to him after going threw frustration and he was rude and was raising his voice to me. I understand that I made a mistake but did not deserve to be treated like this. Their reason was because it was there over 2 days even though they were closed over the weekend!! They charged him impound fees when he was not able to contact them on Friday the day he was recovering from his accident. This is bad business not to mention highway robbery and most of the towing companies are getting a really bad reputation in our community for this kind of behavior! Appalling!! He looked so tired, but, was still considerate and told me he had 3 little girls of his own. His name was Tim ( I think) and he made sure we were safe. So I called this company. After waiting 2 hours for a truck to show up, the driver was rude, dirty and smelled like booze. In the time the tow was going on, when The driver was unloading my car he broke my bumper and didn't seem to care. At this point I was very unhappy about what had happened. I called the company again to speak with a supervisor. I told him the situation that had just happend he said that he would pay for the bumper and speak to his tow truck diver. It has been 6 months and after repeated calls I have yet to recieve money for my bumper that the driver had broken. I would never ever use them or tell someone about this company.
