We could not have asked for better food and better service at our wedding and Chef Drew and his team were more than attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests.  For the wedding dinner with so many guests we opted for a Buffet which along with the appetizer station Chef Drew manned himself.  The main options were his Angus Beef Hickory Smoked Tri Tip (complete with an amazing BBQ sauce) and his BBQ Chicken.  There was no wrong choice between the two entree items but the Tri Tip was the real highlight for me.For the sides we had an outstanding caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn, BBQ baked beans and dinner rolls. I can't recommend the food and service more if you need an event catered.  If yp had more stars I would give them.
