> Food is good, service is good, store is clean but employees sound frustrated to help you on catering orders or over the phone! I spent 150 bucks today and she was so rude to me... Dont think I will give subway my business again.

> I always love walking in to "Welcome to Subway" all employees do an outstanding job! Samantha would have to be the one to make it shine though she's ALWAYS willing to help and her smile brightens my day! Thank you for my wonderful sandwich experiences

> In store is fine, food is good, but customer service on phone in orders needs improvement.  Employees need training on not showing frustration that to go orders are being called in and leaving people on hold for 4 1/2 minutes w/out ever checking back with the caller.
