Dr. Ngo saw me through both of my pregnancies and performed both of my C-Sections (the first one was an emergency).  He is a bit more serious than Dr. Berman, but they are both equally caring with great concern for their patients' comfort, health, and well-being.  Easy to talk to, dependable.  The only thing I would deduct half a star for if I could, would be the wait time for appointments; at times, I have sat in their waiting room for an hour.
