> Called and the receptionist is rude and says they can't look up my insurance threw my ss neever had this problem b4 told the lady my iud is messing up I need it looked at I can hardly pee but nope she basically said not her problem. So I asked if a patient came in bleeding and her merging ud let them dye bc u refuse to look up their sa fr insurance. She basically said yes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

> I would never visit this office. The staff has no idea what they are doing. Do not know how to schedule proper follow-up appointments. Go elsewhere if you want to save yourself time and frustration. I would give less than one star if it would let me.

> Dr. Ngo and Dr. Berman and both very friendly, knowledgeable OB-GYNS.  Dr. Ngo saw me through both of my pregnancies and performed both of my C-Sections (the first one was an emergency).  He is a bit more serious than Dr. Berman, but they are both equally caring with great concern for their patients' comfort, health, and well-being.  Easy to talk to, dependable.  The only thing I would deduct half a star for if I could, would be the wait time for appointments; at times, I have sat in their waiting room for an hour.  The staff is friendly as well.
