The fact that the owner is always there, with a group of great professional trainers, must have a lot to do with it.Love it!","rating":5,"date_published":"2021-27-12"},{"author_name":"mary.lizotte.10","review_text":"Although this small, quiet gym is nice and clean, I don't recommend thisbusiness because I have been trying for five months to get Gary, the owner,to refund a fraudulent deduction that was made on my credit card. When Isigned up, I had to agree to automatic monthly deductions which seemed fineto me. However, when I gave the 30-day notice and moved from the area inNovember 2012, I noticed that I was still charged on my credit card forDecember 2012. I notified Gary in January 2013, when he assured me thematter would be taken care of. I have called him more than 10 times, havesent him a self-addressed, stamped envelope and have been understanding andpatient. He told me almost two weeks ago that the check had been sent. Istill haven't gotten it as of today, 5-16-2013. I went to Yelp to write areview and saw another complaint about Gary that is exactly like mine. If you decideto use this gym and have to cancel, don't forget to call your credit cardcompany and make sure that Total Health and Fitness is not allowed to chargeyour card, because you probably won't get refunded by Gary if you don't stopthat privilege.
