> Our school went to Dell'osso Farms on a field trip yesterday and the service is terrible. We were supposed to have a guide through each event, and there was no one to direct us, we were also confirmed for many events included in our payment that once there, we were unable to participate in many areas.  The final disapointment was that at 11:45am, they ran out of food.  We had children grades first through fourth and could not feed them. Although the Owner was present, nothing was done to compensate us for their poor planning.  The children were crying and hungry after over an hour of waiting and being told the food was on the way.  One worker went so far as to say "you should have prepaid if you were worried about feeding them." When a school is coming for a field trip, we expect that we will be provided the services promised, especially lunch.  The children were finally fed after 1pm.  To her credit, the owner gave them popcorn free, but would have been nice to have it hours before.
