I brought my truck in not knowing anything about it, not only was Rafael helpful but also taught me more about my truck. He has fast and efficient service. Cartech is very compassionate and understanding in my time of need.  Its in a great location that you can just walk down the street when your car is being worked on and have lunch. On a more personal note, being a women I felt comfortable when going to Cartech knowing that I wasn't being feed a bunch of info that was not need on my truck.
