You better know your princesses if you are planning on getting the princess themed jumpy house because Mark tested the adults and asked if we could name them all. We rented a jumpy house for our new years eve party and he just happen to have an outdoor heater on his truck to rent so we got that too. It worked out perfect since it was so cold. He was on time to to drop off and pick up our rentals and works very quickly. He is also nice and friendly. We rented a waterslide for the 4th of July...it was a hit at the block party. The water slide was the main event. The quality of the slide was outstanding. About a week later I noticed a brown spot in my lawn which did not seem to be getting watered. After investigating it appeared they accidentally punctured my sprinkler line with one of the stakes (the sprinkler lines are obvioulsy very shallow). I called the company and explained the situation and they replied "no problem, how do you want to handle it"; this was not the answer I expected a week later but was very happy with the response. It was fixed the very next day, no questions asked. This company delivers a quality product and the customer service is second to none...even with problems...even a week later. I was initially concerned that it would not fit in our backyard, but Mark came to our house the week before to measure. He will work you in his schedule and is very accomodating. He delivered exactly when he said he was going to and same with pick up. Very professional service. We will DEFINITELY be using Monster Fun Jumps again for our next party. Not only that, he made sure the set up was exactly how we wanted it.
