> I have a small storage at Storage Pro Valley Storage,I also have a 4x8 trailer with me alot.I was told I could park it on property  now and again from time to time.Appearently there's a new mgr and the parking of my trailer isn't on file so Storage Pro Valley storage has my trailer towed away.No notice or note or any just common courtesy to there customers.My tools ect..are in my trailer ofcourse I had to get it out of the tow yard It cost me $150.I didn't even mention how unhelpful and unfriendly  they were  when I was inquiring the where abouts of my trailer.I had 24 hr access as well but again no notification or letter noticing me of this  changed.I spoke to there main office which also never got back to me nor did they do anything else for customer service.I just didn't think it was right is all.....
