He broke it down and explained everything to me regarding what was wrong with my car.  I even brought my car to Pep Boys and showed Josh the paperwork from PB and he informed me that PB did NOT resolve the problem I had with my car and that PB just made money off of me.  Josh was very thorough in his explanation and did only the work that was required to fix my car.  He even got me a $200 savings on parts and labor.  This shop is a class act.
