They told me what the problem was and then gave me a choice to fix it or not. Then they asked me some questions to help me figure out what kind of vacuum fit my needs. I tried out a few to choose from and I found one I really liked. Best of all they put it together right then and if I have any problems with it, they will handle my warranty......oh and that is 5 YEARS!!!!  I did'nt even have to pay extra!!!  Since then I have been telling all my friends that they can get actual knowledgeable people there and sincere help. They really remind me of the old type MOM & POP shops that we used to find. Oh yeah, they have been selling vacuums for like 40 some years. I feel they got good products. I am really happy with what I got and 2 of my friends own the same brand too. Oh it's called a SEBO Vacuum.  I hope you like them as much as I did!!","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-08-07"}]}
