> I went in for lunch and got a brisket sandwich. The menue says it has a rub and is smoked but it was bland. No rub or smokey flavor. It tasted like a roast beef cooked with potatoes, carrots and onions not a smoked brisket. The brisket was presliced and sitting in a holding bin. It was dry and a bit rubbery. For a $9 sandwich I was expecting more. The staff was friendly, there is a good atmosphere in the building so I will try Tin Roof again and hopefully get some "Best in town" bbq brisket.

> Folks, these are some of the nicest employees youll ever meet! When i go to 'Tin Roof'- I go for the food- and stay because i feel at home!  I just wish they we're open more often! (They only stay open about 20 hours a week) Catch 'em if you can!
