> This place sucks! This place doesn't know the meaning of proffessional dentistry! I had one tooth that needed to be pulled. Nothing more! They charged me for the full check-up and x-rays. ( which I refused to let them do, as I only wanted my tooth pulled, nothing more!) Overall, it ended up costing me over 300 bucks just for a simple extraction. Also, if you have to use these pukes, pay cash up front. DON'T sign their contract for making payments. The language in it basically gives them full license to do and charge whatever they want. I mean, come on.... I only had one simple extraction done and I payed over 300 bucks..... Anyway, you've been warned. And if you don't believe me, do a search on Wester Dental through the internet. Literally thousands of people with complaints like mine and worse. Good luck!

> I was charged $30 for a no show when they actually messed up on my appt and gave me wrong day, so when I went in to be seen, the Dentist and dental assistants werent even there. They did not notate that I came or I that was given wrong appt date. I looked in my chart and noticed I was charged the $30 I informed the office manager. The next appt it was still in my chart and not removed. I literally had to call and argue with her to take it off. Another day, I waited 2 HOURS in waiting room to have my braces removed, then when they call me in, they realize they dont even have my retainer. WOW big surprise! I called corporate and was given the run around put on hold , could only leave a message then when someone returned phone call they left message with no return phone #. I gave up. Another visit, there were 2 Vanessas on sign in sheet. Me, and another girl. They called in wrong Vanessa and I had to go to the desk and inform them that there were 2 Vanessas. Do I really need to go on? If you go here, expect to wait atleast 1 hour in waiting room and have crappy customer service.
