However, after finding Import Auto and taking my car there, I was relived. Upon entering the shop I was warmly greeted by employees who were walking the parking lot. For a small shop a was surprised to see how busy they were. I was amazed that the general manager greeted everyone by their first name. The staff that work there are excellent, friendly and very accommodating. They tell you everything that you need to know about the service of your car. They make you feel right at home. After talking to one other customer who was there, she suggested that the next time I come in the morning, I should bring doughnuts for the boys in the back, apparently they love it when the customer still remembers that they are back there. And she said the good looking gentleman with the mustache is the owner. Funny thing is they all have mustaches. I guess they all own it. The work done was awesome.","rating":5,"date_published":"2006-30-10"}]}
