I have bought 3 new motorcylecs from them. I live in Chino about 30 miles away. It is worth it to drive there. I used to be a machinac for Pamona Harley Davidson however I like there service so much it is worth driving the distance. I go there for all my motorcycle needs. Shirts, accessories, parts and all my service. The service department always goes out of there way if I need to order something. They bend over backwards to help me out. We are new members. The current bike that we had needed to be replaced. It needed a new engine. So we went into Quaid Harley Davidson and saw the bike I wanted. We spoke with Brandon and he worked out a good deal. We felt very comfortable. Since the old bike need a new engine we were still pleased with the trade in value they gave us. We bought a 2011 Limited Ulta Classic with all the bells and whistles. They were very prompt in getting the parts that we needed. We are excited to be putting new chrome on the bike. That was part of the deal as well. Some of the features that we purchased was the backrest bracket, and grip bars for the passenger. They had to find the parts at another store but it was all good. The service was great also. I look forward to riding my new bike. We live in Hesperia but we where there for a sales event they where having and it just all worked. I am glad we purchased a bike from Quaid Harley Davidson Loma Linda.
