> A few weeks ago I went to this location & what a shock. Claudia must've been having a bad day. She was very rude & gave me attitude because I needed to refund an item purchased at another O'Reilly store. At first she tried to say that I had to go where I bought it. When I simply asked her if Corporate would agree with her, she responded with an even worse demeanor & said something like "let me just give you your money so you can get out of my store." I guess she thinks she owns it? Fair warning to all, and I hope that B***h reads this...if she knows how to read at all. Worst experience ever. Never again shopping at this store or company.
