Checked to see if I knew whose car it was but did not recognize it. Called A&A, they had someone out in 15 minutes, I was tired and upset, and actually got a little mad at the driver because he asked me whether I was authorized to have the car towed and wanted to see some proof. The driver was very understanding and explained that he needed to make sure I wasn't some jealous ex-girlfriend or something of the sort wanting to tow someone. He was just covering his but to make sure everything was by the book. Once we got that all cleared up he picked up the car and was gone in a flash. The next day the prick that parked in my spot had the guts to actually come and yell at me, I gave him a piece of my mind and he left with his tail between his legs. He got my name from the manager of the building who doesn't have the balls to tell anybody anything. In my complex people visit their friends and park where ever they want, finally I did something about it.Next time someone parks in my spot I know what to do. No mercy. And by the way for all the people who are complaining about their cars being towed illegally, first learn to respect someone else’s property whether it is a business or a apartment and if you don't own it don't park there. It is a shame to see people who are so pompous that they think they can park where ever they want and then whine about it when they get towed and then blame everybody else but themselves. *5/5/2011 via Direct* --- **ypypyp** - 5/5 > I called several tow companies listed in the yellow pages. None would come tow me and most were very rude and definitely not interested in customer service. Then I called A&A Towing and starting right at the phone call they excelled in customer service. Both the dispatcher and the actual tow guy were friendly and professional. They got to me quickly and everything was handled the best way possible. I ended up having to use their services a second time - and the experience was just as good as the first - they even remembered me and my car! When you are having to get towed, it is already a stressful experience - the danger of being stranded in fast traffic, the inconvenience to your schedule, having to arrange other transportation, worrying about the expense, etc. But A&A only relieved some of the stress instead of adding to it (which the other tow companies I called added to my stress by being so rude on the phone - imagine what it would have been like to work with them through the whole tow experience!)Hopefully I will not be needing any more tows but if I do, I would definitely call A&A. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **lisadam** - 5/5 > Really courteous and professional service. Was stranded on the 405 with 2 small children in car seats. The driver who came to tow my car to the mechanic shop was efficient, quick, and was nice enough to wait with his lights flashing by the side of a busy freeway until my husband came to pick us up, just to make sure we were safe. In my mind- that makes for a good company with good people!
