> We had a deck leak that went into the downstairs neighbours' condo......not good! After having it 'fixed' by 3 different companies, I finally found Absolute Maintenance & Consulting. They FIXED the leak quickly and completely--no more irate calls in the middle of the night from the neighbours. I no longer worry about leaks when it rains!
