Bell,It is unfortunate that I that I find it necessary to write you this letter regarding the poor customer service and erroneous billing errors provided by your billing office. I have called your office and billing department many times to correct the billing error that was made by your billing office. As I have stated on several occasion to your billing office my insurance company (Humana) was billed incorrectly for services provided to my son, wife, and myself. I was told that the billing error made would be corrected and that my account would be zeroed out. Instead, I have received numerous invoices stating that I owe your office and that I would be sent to a collections agent. I was billed due to your office using the wrong CPT codes. Your billing department should have billed my insurance company an annual wellness visit instead of a follow-up office visit. When I brought this error up to your office and billing department I was told that the CPT code(s) would be corrected and resubmitted to my insurance company. In lieu of the conversations that I have had with your front office staff and billing department I am still receiving invoices threating to send me to collections.   I have even spoken with you about this problem and instead of it getting the problem resolve, you took a negative attitude and told me you would finally correct your office billing error and for me and my family to find a new doctor.Once again, your office was wrong for submitting incorrect CPT codes to my insurance company and you should take full responsibility for their actions. I was hung up on by your staff and disrespect by you and your staff members. I realize that professionalize starts at the top. I expected a much higher level of service from your office and I quite disappointed. Sincerely,David Mc Gee
