I looked at several \"slums\" that were NOT professionally managed by Belmont Shore Land and I was almost discouraged until I found the perfect little beach pad that I rented from them for 4 happy years.They are a family owned business and are warm and pleasant to deal with.  Their offices are in walking distance from anywhere in Belmont and they are always happy to help with any situation.
