> im a loyal customer i came by at the deli in the afternoon on Dec.21, 2012 Friday  and i encounter the employee name Madilyn , i try to purchase a deli product and im on a rush mood during that day but this employee name Madilyn can not understand english very well, i am very frustrated at her and i just left the deli since she couldn't understand and cannot hear what im saying and i would like to ask a question why she is  working at the deli that she can't pronounce the english correctly and can't understand the english,and also was very rude during that day and she was bussy to one of her co-worker during that day , i was observing her during the time i was ordering my foods, she need to go on training on how to speak english correctly and communicate effectively with customer service, she have bad customer service because she never apologize when she made a mistakes, and why? thank you for the upcoming solution to the problem..
