Expectations initially were to expect a delayed process from getting picked up from the collision center to handling the rental process, especially when I saw several people at the counter, but all of it was efficient and friendly. The same superb service was provided when I returned the vehicle. This level of service is not new since I have used Enterprise at several airports and I recommend it to others who have relayed to me the same similar good service experience.
