> Jay is Great, I have a old 4 plex in long beach, the pluming is bad, Jay has replace 75% of the drains over 3 stages, he works with my budget and my time frame, pulse I'v call him on a Friday at 5PM with bad drain and he got it fix in a few hours  GREAT VALUE
