> This place use to be very professional. I dropped my taxes off on a Saturday .  About 9 days later I called and got the run around.  Called about 1 week later they had not even started on my taxes no one called to say if they needed something. Called back almost 3 weeks later and I told they had a flood in the office so they have been very busy with that.  They had the flood almost 3 weeks ago. Sue gave me a half hearted (speaking very loudly in the phone)apology.  I told her I could have taken my taxes were I had them done last year. She asked do you want me to mail them to you so you can get them done were you had them done last year. I said okay mail them back to me.Obviously they are to busy with the flood!Would never ever go back here!
