> After using BJ Properties twice we should have learned the first time they were rip offs! We moved out in June and just received our deposit back, they kept over 1,000 dollars on cleaning and also they said we broke a corner piece to the stove top so they charged us to buy a new one! We questioned the charges and Frank's response was they had to have the windows and blinds cleaned and so they charged us almost 150.00 I couldn't believe it.  Since when is cleaning windows and wiping down blinds part of cleaning! !! We left the house on Denmead in Lakewood spotless! !! I can't believe that BJ Properties will do whatever they can to keep your deposit nothing but a rip off! !! I would not recommend using them to find you a place to call home because in the end you will pay the price!
