> I've been going to this place for years for both dry cleaning and laundry services.  They've recently changed hands twice in a very short period of time.  They have now lost one of my shirts, and can't find a sleeping bag that I dropped off 6 days ago.  Customer service is poor.  They make no attempt to find my items.  They've told me twice to just come back and it may be there.  Not a great way to run a business.  I think I will replace the items on my own and send them the bill.  Although I don't expect much out of them.  There are other places in and around Los Altos to go to.
