He is simply the best - extremely patient and thorough.  He did not mind answering all of my questions, on some occasions more than once because I visited a few times prior to making my decision on the bed/mattress set I wanted.  Edgar is very professional, kind and pleasant to do business with.  The store manager and other consultants I met were also courteous and professional. They confirmed delivery for a $300 7 piece order and never showed uo after we waited an entire day.  Then after 2 hours or more. Ack and forth they chopped up the order into 4 deliveries.
