Unfortunately I have learned that dry cleaning is not ready yet.  I dropped off my clothes one night, requesting them to be ready the next day.  I went to pick them up, and their computer was not working.  I tried to call their advertised 24x7 phone number in the window, and received a message that the number is not in service.  I called the number on their receipt and was informed that the computer was under maintenance when I dropped off my clothes.  It should not have accepted my order from the beginning.  I was offered free service this time, but I was more than willing to pay a premium for my clothes to be ready when I requested it.  I will sadly be going back to talking to a human when it comes to dry cleaning.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-28-04"}]}
