> Aside from the price, there was nothing good about this hotel. My first problem was trying to cancel my second night. The cancellation policy says you have to give 24-hours notice, but does not list a check-in time from which the 24-hour period starts. The woman at the desk insisted changes had to be made by 11am the day before (check-out time) and would not budge. She flat out told me that no matter what I did, she would charge my credit card for both nights. The beds were rock-hard (woke up at 5am too sore to sleep any longer) and after using the towels, I discovered short, black, curly  hairs that weren't mine all over me. There was large debris in the swimming pool and other guests were being very loud all night. Despite living in the hotel, the staff would not do anything about the noise. The neighborhood isn't very nice, and there's not much within walking distance. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice.
