I generally have to shout for someone or just end up storming out of the place.With the wait, I've tried twice to call ahead, so my order would be ready when I arrived. I unfortunately never got to order. Both times I was put on hold and stayed there for 5+ minutes without anyone picking back up.The food is mediocre. The employees are incompetent, unfriendly and sometimes border-line aggressive.DON'T EAT HERE.
