All of the hookups were already plumbed and all the necessary holes drilled. The only thing that needed to be done was to reconnect water lines and put an extension on the drain pipe to fit the new washing machine hose. This was one of the most routine and simple calls a plumber can have. After the plumber was at my house for 4, that's right, 4 hours the bill was $408 dollars. Clearly that was excessive. I have called Bill West every day since then, which is now the 7th working day with no return call from the owner, Jim. I CAN NOT STRONGLY ENOUGH DISSUADE YOU FROM USING THEM. It is unfortunate since we have used them before with no issues but it is too much of a Jekyll and Hyde to use. You just don't know which one will show up and when they rip you off and sever communication it is clearly too late. STAY AWAY!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-17-06"}]}
