We use there pick-up service on a daily basis for are 300 Unit building. There always willing to go out of there way to please there customers. I work with them on day to day basis and I am very satisfied with there attentiveness when ever there’s an issue regarding one of our residents. In this economy, customer service lacks in majority of businesses that are out there but not this one. First, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and cleanliness (South Los Angeles!). But also the warm greeting by the staff (thought it was a put-on) on every visit. Now they recognize my car and my clothes are waiting for me by the time I walk in. They do have parking problems... but gave me a bag and now keep my card and preferences on file. So I can drop and go. They say I can just call or honk and they'll come out to the car, I haven't tried but we'll see. They haven't disappointed me yet.
