I bought a yellow gold setting for my own diamond. They made a big deal about how it was 18kt gold and how the almost $500 price was barely above cost. Then the receipt said 18kt. Gold. When I looked at the setting when I got home, the ring was stamped 14kt gold. I have asked for a $100 refund for the difference, but they keep refusing. They keep trying to blame it in the \"tag\" being \"mistakenly\" labeled by the \"manufacturer.\" Instead of accepting the error, they are making it difficult. Now I have to file a claim I  court because I will not accept their offer of \"store credit.\" I would never buy anything from them  again and would caution anyone to beware of their tactics. Also, their \"master\" jeweler\" set my diamond crooked, then had the neve to ask me for a $20 tip. Go to Vanndy Setting to have your diamond set with precision and care (629 S. Hill, #607A).
