The laundry machines never work.  It is virtually impossible to have any repairs made in the apartments.  There is a termite problem in the building that the owner refuses to do anything about.  Also, the owner has had complaints made against her by tenants to the Housing Rights Commission.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-02-06"}]}
