The three missing stars are for the horrible customer service of the employees at this store. I read the reviews of the service here, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, since I am a nice guy and figured I would be treated with the same respect. However, it is clear that the employees here do not care about connecting with customers or being respectful.. I think that it is a cool store and has a lot to offer. Most of the staff was very pleasant and smiling; however I encountered a rather rude employee. The female that was extremely rude and made me feel like a crazy person. I took in three large bags of items after cleaning out my closet. I had 4 pairs of designer shoes I had never worn, a Coach purse that was in great shape and lots of desinger jeans in great shape. I was laughed at and told they would not purchase my items due to style and condition. I don't know what that B**** was talking about.
