Though it was in an ok condition some work needed to be done. we decided to have it refinished. Scheduling for an estimate was very fast and they were very accommodating. The estimate guy came on time and was very attentive and knowledgeable. They gave us a very reasonable price to sand stain and refinish our hardwood floor so we hired them. From start to finish uri was there to make sure everything was perfect. They also installed hardwood floors in our bedroom and installed baseboards. It came out perfect. Much more than we expected. The entire experience was very pleasing and our house now looks like a home. We are very glad to find this hardwood flooring company. Uri from Custom Hardwood Flooring, is patient, responsive, and aware of all the challenges associated with restoring hardwood floors. He solved challenging problems, provided many stain samples, and showed professionalism throughout the project. The end result is a floor that is solid, smooth, well constructed, and evenly stained. Regarding the oak boards in the hallway, he near perfectly matched the stain with the existing boards in the rest of the hallway and home.
