> Mr. Yakobian represented me in an eviction case.  My landlord had a lawyer and tried to intimidate me.  Mr. Yakobian advised me on how to proceed and revealed to me that all of the points that my landlord was accusing me of could not merit an eviction.  I was very happy with his services and highly recommend Mr. Yakobian.
