> HORRIBLE experience. I was already about to be seen, sitting inside waiting for the doctor... when the receptionist (long brown hair and glasses) told me I was out-of-network. Dr.Terzian walks in and just "looks" in my mouth and definitely exaggerated about the condition of my teeth throwing in unbelievable numbers about how bad my teeth were. I know he exaggerated because not only am I in the medical field but my sister is in the dental field. I was extremely embarrassed. I will never go back. Also I'm positive they have bed bugs or some kind of BUGS IN THE CHAIRS. I got bit several time and SAW the BUG crawling away. I wouldn't waste my time writing nonsense. I hope this helps other people. AVOID THIS PLACE.

> As a new patient I am very DISPLEASED!!!!  I lost a filling, made an appointment, showed up, filled all the paper work, got X-rays then the Dentist came to see me. The dentist examined all my teelth, as usual, with the use of their jargon (#'s and letters). Then it the show began. (REMEMBER I ONLY LOST A FILLING) They checked my gums to see how healthy they were. They showed me the xrays where some irritation "might" be occuring. Then since I stated that I did not want a crown over an old root canal, or the deep cleaning they "reccomended", I was told to wait in the lobby for the Finance/Insurance person. Then, when i refused all the other procedures, They could not fit me in at that moment to fix my tooth with the missing filling!! When did dentists become like auto repairmen? Where I go for an oil change and all of a sudden I need a new engine. And because I said no to the engine now they cant do my oil change. (REMEMBER I ONLY LOST A FILLING)By the way I have dental insurance to cover the filling. But because I didnt splurge and get in debt with the finance department. I am no longer treated with respect and as a valued cutomer that is there to get services by them. (REMEMBER I ONLY LOST A FILLING)Do they really think I am stupid?
