> Terrible Customer Service. Ordered Balloons for a 30th birthday 2 months in advance. The week of they called to cancel due to freeway closures in the area. The ladies exact words were it would not be worth the delivery for what we are going to make. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Excellent Customer service is going above and beyond. This was somthing out of both of our control!
