> This doctor has built his practice out of convenience to him and expense to you.  If you are up for a heavy dose of expensive frustration, feel free to go to him.  Otherwise, I would suggest not.  He charges $450 an hour cash out of your pocket for his time.  He also takes on the average 10 days to 2 weeks to get back to you with the 'two free questions' you are allowed included in your $450 hr consult.
