It has been excellent, the facility is small and the drum set is not the best, but who cares about that. Learning to play a musical instrument is all about you and your teacher. Joanna is an artist and a professional drummer, she is studying to receive her MFA. Her drum style is excellent, and she is patient and fun to learn from. I trust her and she is always available if I have questions through email. At this time, I have learned how to play basic drums. I wonder if the gentleman who wrote the review at the bottom of the page perhaps carried his distraction from  the misfortune of having his car broken into just prior to this visit, and the feeling of being \"ripped off\" into his first lesson and assigned the disturbance to the studio. The goal of my oldest was to get into the local high school's jazz band. He made it with only four months of lessons. The teachers are great, caring and they listen. They really cater to your child's needs.
