First guy they sent out flooded by back office causing damages in offices supplies not to mention the clean up they charged me for.Second day the same guy comes out wasting almost 3 hours trying to find out where the shut off valve is and when he does he can't seem to do anything with it.Finally on the third day a more experienced guy comes out and fiddles with the valve about 10 minutes and fixes everything.  I get a bill from the main office charging me 1.5 hours of work, not addressing the financial damages I incurred. When  I call to have them reduce the work hour (the hours they spent damaging my office and not fixing things) and address the damages incurred by me.  They basically say I should be thankful I wasn't charged for the full 5 hours they were out here. The actual plumbers are a hit and miss. you might get a good one or a inexperienced one. A/P is a nightmare to deal with. Deal with them at your own risk.I will pay my bill even though if I don't pay they probably won't do anything about it.
