> Effrey's is incredibly expensive and while good, no one is that good. It is owned by a man who is capable of extraordinary unpleasantness. I was a ciustomer for over ten years and paid them a fiortune. I got behid on  my bill and received unpleasant, abusive calls at 7 AM witha threatening tone. Meanwhile, although i have beein paying the bill, they are holding several pieces of clothing hostage. Do  not go there if you expect to be treated with the courtesy that the prices warrant.
