The food is great the staff are friendly. The best chicken ever. We love El Pollo Loco and we expected the good service we are used to. But...the cashier was extremely rude, to my dad,my husband, myself, and another customer. She tossed napkins when my husband asked to have some. She ignored me as I stood for over 5 minutes by the counter. When I finally was able to ask for a bag and a to-go box, she rolled her eyes and rudely handed them to me. I will never go back to this location.
