Between this alcholic staff and the crummy upkeep i dont know which is worse. The manager is about 90 years old with bad breathe and the staff are all seedy characters trying to get over on anyone they can. Don't be fooled by the fake smiles and chuckles they don't rent to minorities only enough to clear themselves from being investigated by fair housing.
