Both times I have been impressed with their customer service and technical expertise. I like how they always kept me informed while the car was being repaired. When the repairs were completed, they always looked good. Once when I needed my car before leaving town for a trip. They made sure I got it back on time. It took over six weeks to repair my car, then 2 months later, I had to bring my car back for a week so they could "finish" the work they did(n't) do. They gave me the run around for weeks, and never returned phone calls. Instead, I, the customer, was asked to keep calling back to check in, several times through out the day.
