> GREAT customer service by marylu !!!She made for me a computer design which was great for me to get a perfect idea of how my cabinets were going to look. I recently received my cabinets from there for my kitchen and bath . What i got was customize and made exactly how and what I chose  the color as well. I did receive the cabinets a few days later than what i was told but it was worth the wait . Regarding pricing to me it was the best price and what was important to me was that i got them wood interiors. I wouldn't recommend other cabinet companies that sell particle board interiors .I can and will recommend fernando's to anyone of course just be patient on the time frame to receive a excellent job.

> Horrible service!  You will save yourself a lot of stress, delays and money by going to another of the many companies in the area.  Michael Reyes, the manager, is totally unreliable in delivering the promised results, once you order.  A 2-3 week order STILL has not been completed NINE weeks later.  No response to phone calls, texts or visits (on-site staff always claim they don"t know what he is doing or where he is), until many contacts and days later.  An "I'll call you back in 10 minutes" is always an empty promise, as you will have to restart the cycle of contact again.   My cabinets were partially delivered in six weeks, the installation arranged by Michael is still incomplete, and I am missing a lot of shelves.  Michael appears to be the only one who gives estimates and draws up the plans, (you are lucky if you get a computer print-out of your plans!),  isn't in the office very much and doesn't always communicate project details to the front desk staff.  The fact that they outsource installation is a very critical problem, as these workers are very unreliable.  This company IS NOT recommended at all, and deserves a ZERO!
